In the fast-paced world of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), success depends on more than just the financials—it's about people, processes, and leadership. Christine Curran, a seasoned Professional Sales and Leadership Coach, emphasizes the power of investing in coaching to drive success.
When transferring a business, it’s important to recognize that you’re not just handing over assets and operations; you’re also transferring a team and the leadership legacy of the previous owner. A team that has been shaped by the former owner’s vision, values, and management style, which have influenced their work ethic, culture, and overall performance.
“Investing in a sales coach is investing in yourself. You must be willing to bet on yourself to get the change you want. As a coach, my job is to guide individuals to exceed their targets with confidence, skills, and systems.”
