Memorial Day | A Day of Reflection and Gratitude

Memorial Day is a time to pause, reflect, and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

While many gather with family and friends over the holiday weekend, Memorial Day serves as an important reminder that the freedoms we enjoy every day were secured through extraordinary sacrifice. It is because of those sacrifices that Americans have the ability to pursue opportunity, build businesses, create jobs, support their families, and freely shape their futures.

The ability to innovate, take risks, own a business, and pursue the American dream is something many of us can easily take for granted in the pace of everyday life. But those opportunities exist because generations of service members were willing to defend the principles and freedoms this country was built upon, often at the highest cost.

This weekend, we remember those who never made it home.

We honor their courage, their sacrifice, and the families who continue to carry their legacy forward. We also extend our gratitude to all who have served and continue to serve our nation.

As we reflect this Memorial Day, may we not only remember the fallen, but also appreciate the freedoms and opportunities their sacrifice helped preserve for future generations.
