St. Louis, MO – Capstone M&A is thrilled to announce its partnership with Spark Tank, a groundbreaking program dedicated to enhancing justice and equity by launching economically viable enterprises in under-resourced American cities and communities.

This collaboration aims to leverage Capstone M&A’s network of entrepreneurs and expertise in mergers and acquisitions to support Spark Tank’s mission of fostering economic growth and social equity. By combining forces, the two organizations will work towards creating sustainable business opportunities that can drive positive change in communities that need it the most.

Empowering Communities Through Economic Development

Spark Tank’s innovative approach focuses on identifying and nurturing entrepreneurial talent within under-resourced communities. By providing the necessary resources, mentorship, and support, Spark Tank helps aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into successful businesses.

In addition, other Spark Tank partners Include Benedictine College, Civil Righteousness, Soulcial Kitchen and Food Is Love TV. All partners work diligently to provide educational resources, meaningful connections, and entrepreneurial insight.

Preparing to launch a new business requires a base level of business education before considering ideation, strategy, financial forecasting, and, ultimately, securing the necessary capital for success. Spark Tank starts with a Preparation Academy for those needing that base level of education. Those who already possess a base level of business education can start immediately in the Entrepreneurial Bootcamp, where venture ideas will be developed, tested, and launched.

The modules within the courses will be taught by Benedictine College School of Business professors and others with knowledge and experience in key areas of application. Content will be delivered synchronously (at the same time) online, but facilitated and hosted locally, to create a community of entrepreneurs journeying and learning together.
