CMA108 is an organization dedicated to alleviating the financial burden of in-home care while ensuring the well-being of its clients. The company has established itself by providing high-quality in-home health services to families within the aged and disabled demographic. CMA108 is certified by the Centers for Medicaid Services (CMS) and has experienced continuous revenue growth throughout every year operations since inception.

Scope of Service: CMA108 offers a variety of services such as personal care, housekeeping, assistance with medication, grooming, and personal hygiene. In addition, the company assists with medical equipment maintenance, some physical needs, and medication routines.

Process: CMA108 has developed a protocol for workflow efficiency purposes. The organization determines whether the client has received any level of care previously, or if the client is a first-time care recipient. Once established, the internal system for onboarding is initiated producing an 80% conversion rate for new clients.    

Operational Highlights: CMA108 The ownership group spends roughly 25 hours per week monitoring the operation remotely. The processes and protocols allow for passive ownership. The core competency of the business model is further implemented by 10 technological platforms.

Growth Opportunities: Enhancing the existing offerings by adding additional in-home care services and fully utilizing the ongoing contracts. New ownership could add physical therapy and non-emergency programs. Establish agency model contracts and program agreements and focus to develop a marketing and sales strategy.
