Scope of Service: CMA107 has a regional presence covering a 100-mile radius. The highest margins and most sought-after services pertain to the building of pole barns followed by the distribution and supply of industry-related building materials.

 
Process: With a customer count well into the thousands, CMA107 has refined a 10-step process for workflow efficiency purposes. From the inquiry to invoicing and job completion, the company has developed a reliable process to manage the quality of services being delivered while simultaneously protecting profit margins. 

Operational Highlights: CMA107 operates with an Unlimited Roofing License. This licensure is sometimes difficult to obtain and creates a competitive advantage when bidding against other competitors. All building crews are comprised of sub-contractors which allows operational efficiencies and helps to control fixed expense cost models.  

Growth Opportunities: Increased marketing for the sales of “packages” through improved SEO and targeted selling. Expand the product offerings for on-site customer visits and sell metal roofing directly to residential clients. Currently, CMA107 encounters capacity on building services, but adding additional crews would allow for an increase in company bandwidth and performance.
