Capstone M&A is pleased to exclusively represent CMA105 (the “Company”) in the sale of its business. CMA105 was founded over a decade ago with core competencies in liquidating decommissioned IT assets collected from clients including privately held businesses, corporations, government organizations, and school districts.  Since then, the sales of related products, recycling, and delivery have been implemented. The business owner has established standard operating procedures for every sector to maximize productivity and efficiency. Ample opportunities exist for expanding the local footprint or cross-selling additional products and services.

Service Overview: As a percentage of revenue, CMA105 dedicates 80% to the sales of hardware sourced by their clients on the decommissioning side. The remaining revenue drivers are equally distributed over the services of removal, recycling, and delivery.

Customer Overview: The current number of active customers is 380. These customers are a mixture of corporations, banks, private companies, and school districts. Examples include Peabody Energy, Panera, Build-a-Bear, Make-a-Wish, St. Louis Blues, and Berkshire Hathaway.

Organization: CMA105 has developed a wonderful culture amongst their staff. This includes two managers, one that overseas the office and the other handling company accounts. In addition to the oversite of the owner’s direction, the organization also has a lead technician who has been with the company for 7 years.

Growth Strategies: Implement a stronger sales presence. Historically, CMA105 has not focused on direct sales. There is ample opportunity to cross-sell other services or products to the existing customer base. Secondarily, expanding the service coverage area could also help to increase top line revenues.
